A Millington man said road rage caused him to toss a 40 ounce beer bottle at another driver’s car Wednesday.

Jonathan Carlisele was charged with aggravated assault after he admitted throwing the bottle at a car that he said cut him off in traffic.

A number of financial and commercial institutions are informing customers that they have suffered a breach of customers’ privacy in what is believed to be one of the most widespread cases in history, according to Reuters News Agency.

Among those affected are clients of Citigroup and other large U.S. companies, including Walgreens, TiVo, Capital One, Hilton Hotel Group, Target, teleshopping company HSN, several of the nation's largest banks, as well as millions of college-bound students who accessed College Board, which administers SAT admissions exams.

Millington police see spike in meth arrests

Millington police say they’re seeing a rise in the number of people who travel to Tennessee to buy cold medicine then take it to neighboring states to make meth.

“The manufacture of meth in Shelby County has skyrocketed,” said a police spokesman in a written statement. “This is in part due to changes in the law in neighboring states which makes is more difficult for offenders to purchase pseudoephedrine.  They come to Tennessee where the law is less restrictive.”

Millington man arrested in large meth lab bust

MEMPHIS, TN (WMC-TV) - Shelby County sheriff's deputies carried out one of the largest pot meth lab arrests in recent history Friday.

According to a press release from the sheriff's department, deputies removed over 50 'one pot' meth labs from a residence in the 4500 block of Valley Stream and the surrounding area.
